A photovoltaic panel with sun tracker is designed with the use of the computer program Solid Edge. The automated process of designing with this CAD program allows substantial improvement in the quality of design, reduction of development time, reduction in material loss of resources and optimization of the structure and principle of operation.

Пътят към екологична индустрия и намаляване на нивото на въглеродни емисии в атмосферата се разкрива посредством положителното влияние на енергията от възобновяеми източници. Тя също така оказва влияние и от икономическа гледна точка в дългосрочен план, тъй като е получена от природата. Настоящата статия предлага подход, позволяващ използването на морската енергия, която ще окаже най-голямо влияние върху морския транспорт, крайбрежните области и пристанища. Също така се полага и добра основа за повишаване на количеството на произвежданата екологична енергия.
ANALYSIS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ROOT CAUSES OF INCIDENTS WHEN WORKING WITH CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

This paper investigates the analysis and determination of the root causes of incidents occurring when dealing with critical infrastructure. Through detailed examination of cause-and-effect factors, including human errors and organizational issues, the paper emphasizes the importance of fully understanding and addressing these causes. Utilizing tools such as the Root Cause Tree®, the paper demonstrates how these incidents can be analyzed down to their most basic causes. For instance, the analysis identified four root causes for a high temperature problem in one incident: the need for improvements in vigilance monitoring, shift planning, choice of a tired worker, and implementation of a "no-sleeping at workplace" policy. The results from this analysis underline the significance of human factors management, specifically in terms of training, procedures, and engineering solutions when dealing with critical infrastructure.
SAFETY IN HIGH-VOLTAGE MARINE SYSTEMS: CHALLENGES, SOLUTIONS AND MODERNISATION

High-voltage systems on ships are crucial for their operation but also pose potential hazards to the crew and equipment. The report analyzes key safety challenges such as high voltage, shocks and electrical hazards, fires, and other emergency situations. It also discusses existing safety standards and recommendations, as well as modernization measures that can be implemented to enhance the safety of high-voltage ship systems. The report is useful for engineers, designers, and maintainers of ship systems who aim to improve the safety of their installations.

Електромагнитните полета (ЕМП) са част от система сложни физични фактори на работната среда, характеризиращи се с динамични промени както във времето, така и в пространството. В тази връзка, оценката на риска, при експозиция от нискочестотни магнитни полета е съществен елемент в управлението на безопасността при инженеринг на сградни енергийни системи, особено когато се разглежда въздействието на електромагнитните полета върху работниците и крайните потребители. Алгоритми за структуриране на такава оценка са разгледани в настоящата статия.

The paper will contain information on the safety of electric cars. The standards for testing the car and its battery and the reaction to impact, cases of burning electric cars after a traffic accident are considered. Before going on sale, electric cars are tested by manufacturers and independent organizations in order to ensure a safe environment for the passenger in the event of an accident. The most important requirements for electric cars are that the battery cannot move from its factory location in the event of an impact and that parts of the battery do not go out of the car or into the passenger compartment.

През последните години гамата от кораби, използващи втечнен природен газ /LNG - Liquefied natural gas/ като гориво, се разширява - контейнеровози, пътнически фериботи, ро - ро кораби, кораби клас Ro-Pax, кораби клас Con-Ro, круизни кораби, ледоразбивачи, влекачи, сондажни кораби, подемни сондажни платформи, снабдителни съдове за офшорни съоръжения, високоскоростни фериботи, вкл. пътнически автомобили, различни видове танкери, газовози за различни видове газове, риболовни кораби, помощни кораби за рибовъдни ферми, влекачи, речни кораби за различни цели и редица други. Неговото приложение има редица предимства, но е съпътствано и с нови предизвикателства. Част от тях са разгледани в настоящата студия.

The established methodology and auxiliary tables allow quick and easy selection and calculation of geometrical dimensions of the chain-cycloid gears and gear design. The use of a standard element-circuit at the wheel barreled reduces the number of transmission elements and nodes in the gearbox, sets a lower price, provides better compliance of use and lower costs for repair and maintenance.

Изменението на климата и влошаването на околната среда продължават да бъдат едно от най - значимите предизвикателства на този век. На 27-ата Международна конференция на ООН за климата (ноември 2022 г.) световните лидери и представители на международни организации нарекоха борбата с изменението на климата битка за оцеляването на човечеството. Рисковете, причинени от изменението на климата, са безпрецедентни по отношение на вероятността от възникване и очаквания размер на загубите и вече застрашават света. Те влияят съществено и върху производството на енергия от възобновяеми енергийни източници. Част от тези проблеми са разгледани в настоящата статия.

Yul Brown's favorite demonstration is TO DRIVE BY CAR 1600 KM WITHOUT FUEL only a can with 4 liters of water and two Brown batteries that convert water into gas. Brown gas is obtained by electrolysis of water, in which hydrogen and oxygen are separated. This is nothing new or complicated - electrolysis was discovered nearly two centuries ago by Faraday. The new thing is that when the two gases then mix, even under pressure, they do not explode, but connect peacefully and quietly. „From water and again to water with clean energy that can purify water, air, food, the world in general.“ So Brown formulated his own discovery.

The peculiarity of wind generators as an object of evaluation is that they are a complex system - equipment that has separate elements that can be subject to selfassessment, as well as the fact that the wind generator that produces electricity together with service equipment can be considered and evaluates as a business, through the approaches and methods used in the valuation of commercial enterprises. The second important feature is that the installed and operated wind generator are permanently connected to the ground through their foundations and are essentially immovable facilities. The necessary documents under the Spatial Development Act are being developed for it and construction and installation activities are being carried out. Therefore, in their assessment as an active object, two appraisal competencies are required - an independent real estate appraiser and an independent appraiser of machinery and equipment. When evaluating a wind generator or wind farm, an independent appraiser of commercial enterprises and receivables may be involved as an independent business.
Еквидистанти на сферични циклоиди

Plane cycloids can be obtained from two rolling in cylinders with parallel axes. If these cylinders are transformed to tangential cones with coincident vertexes the plane cycloids become space cycloids. The mathematical description of the movement of a rolling cone over a static cone can be presented by matrix calculations or by transformations of an initial coordinate system, which is connected with the static cone. The obtained curve is a spherical cycloid. The application of the spherical cycloids is closely connected with the description of their equidistants. In this paper the mathematical models of spherical cycloids and their equidistants is derived by transformations of the initial coordinate system. Examples for equidistants of different types of space cycloids are obtained and shown.

In this paper a short survey on photovoltaic systems is presented. Major problem in present photovoltaic systems is their effectiveness. One way to increase effectiveness is to adjust movements of the system according to the sun position. Therefore an algorithm for precise sun tracking is proposed and experimental results are given in this work.
