The impact of values is described as direct, mediated by other variables or by value-related conflicts, but with key role for autonomy development and self-determination.Item АДАПТАЦИЯ НА ВЪПРОСНИК ЗА ИЗМЕРВАНЕ ЯСНОТАТА НА АЗ-КОНЦЕПЦИЯТА(Бургаски Свободен Университет, 2020) Минева, КрасимираThe report presents a pilot adaptation of a questionnaire for the self-concept clarity measurement (Self-concept clarity scale, Campbell et al. 1996) for working in Bulgarian conditions. The data received from 222 respondents were processed. The conducted exploratory factor analysis showed the presence of two subscales of the questionnaire, which completely cover the content of the concept of the self-concept clarity. The scale has a very high internal consistency. The proof of its construct validity is the obtained significant positive correlation with the overall self-esteem. Statistical procedures prove the reliability and validity of the adapted scale for the self-concept clarity measuring.Item Аз-ефективност и употреба на психоактивни вещества(Бургаски свободен университет, 2012) Минева, КрасимираThe present article makes an overview of Social Cognitive Theory and of the concept “self-efficacy” - how self-efficacy affects cognitive, emotional, motivational and selection processes. Here is examined the role of self-efficacy in the onset of substance and alcohol use and the influence of self-efficacy over remission’s maintanance and the rehabilitation programme's results.Item Академичната мотивация през погледа на студенти и преподаватели(Бургаски свободен университет, 2013) Коцева, Татяна; Балтаджиева, Йонка; Минева, КрасимираThis paper aims to reveal academic motivation of the first and second year students at the Faculty of Humanities, Burgas Free University. The main results of the focus group discussion with students on the topic of reasons to attend and not to attend classes have been analyzed. Additionally, a sample of 13 university teachers completed a questionnaire on students’ achievements based on their attendance and on teachers’ pedagogical methods to raise students’ activity in auditorium. The lecturers put a special accent on development of interactive education technologies such as brain storming, discussion of cases, simulations, etc.Item ВРЪЗКА НА УМЕНИЯТА ЗА ПОСТИГАНЕ НА УСПЕХ ПРИ МЕНИДЖЪРИ ОТ СРЕДНИТЕ И ВИСОКИ УПРАВЛЕНСКИ РАВНИЩА С ТЯХНАТА ЕМОЦИОНАЛНА ИНТЕЛИГЕНТНОСТ И ЛИЧНОСТНИ ОСОБЕНОСТИ(Бургаски свободен университет, 2024) Минева, Красимира; Станева, Камелия; Петрова, МарияЦелта на настоящото изследването е да установи връзките и взаимните зависимости между уменията за постигане на успех на мениджърите на средни и високи нива в управленската йерархия, техните личностни особености и равнището им на емоционална интелигентност. Предварителните резултати сред мениджъри на високи управленски нива с увреждания показват равнища на емоционална интелигентност над средното за българската популация. Най-високо развити са мениджърските умения, свързани с развитието на екипите и адхокрацията (управление на иновациите, бъдещето и продължаващото усъвършенстване). Най-силно развити са особености на характера като самостоятелност и трансцедентност. Резултатите потвърждават, че емоционалната интелигентност е позитивно свързана с развитието на мениджърските умения. Компоненти на емоционалната интелигентност като Управление на собствените емоции и Управление емоциите на другите заедно със Самостоятелност като характерова особеност оказват влияние върху мениджърската ефективност.Item ЕГО-ФУНКЦИОНИРАНЕТО ПРИ ЗАВИСИМИ ОТ ПСИХОАКТИВНИ ВЕЩЕСТВА(Бургаски свободен университет, 2015) Минева, КрасимираДокладът представя емпирично изведени данни за его-функционирането на зависими от психоактивни вещества. Изследването демонстрира различия в егофункционирането в зависимост от принадлежността на изследваните лица към подгрупите на емпирично изведена авторска типология, създадена въз основа на тежестта на зависимостта; тежестта на проблемите, породени от употребата на ПАВ; личностни променливи като саморегулация, самодетерминация, стил на междуличностни отношения, индивидуация и сепарация.Item ЛИЧНОСТНИ ДЕТЕРМИНАНТИ НА АВТОНОМНОСТТА(Бургаски свободен университет, 2020) Минева, КрасимираThe study aims to examine the impact of variables related to personal control and self-concept on the autonomous functioning of the individual. The sample consisted of 162 adult subjects. The following psychological methods were used in the study: Worthington Autonomy Scale (Anderson et al., 1994); Self-concept clarity scale (Campbell et al., 1996); M. Rosenberg's self-esteem scale (Rosenberg, 1965); Self-efficacy scale (SES); Mark Sherer, James E. Maddux, Blaise Mercandante, Steven Prentice Dunn, Beth Jacobs, Ronald W. Rogers (Corcoran & Fischer, 2000); Method for assessment of the localization of control, adapted by Angel Velichkov and Maria Radoslavova (Radoslavova and Velichkov, 2005). The results demonstrate the influence on the Autonomy of the Self-efficacy, the Self-Assessment and the Clarity of the Self-concept and have theoretical applicability, as far as they clarify the question of the personal determinants of the successful achievement of the status of autonomy. The conclusions of the empirical research have their practical applicability in psychological counseling for proper focusing of interventions aimed at the autonomy promotion of the consulted persons.Item Нагласи на студентите към висше образование и мотивация за академични постижения(Бургаски свободен университет, 2013) Коцева, Татяна; Балтаджиева, Йонка; Минева, КрасимираThe paper presents main results from the study on students’ academic achievement motivation, carried out among the first- and the second-year students at the Faculty of Humanities, Burgas Free University. The students filled in a questionnaire and were asked to define 4 concepts („student”, „university teacher”, „higher education”, „lecture”) according to 16 pairs of adjectives. Data were analysed by semantic differential technique. From the students’ point of view the two main associations of academic education are „intelligent” and „responsible”.Item ПОДКРЕПА НА СЕМЕЙСТВА ОТ УЯЗВИМИ ОБЩНОСТИ – ПОЛИТИКИ, НАСОКИ И СЛУЧАИ ОТ ПРАКТИКИТЕ(Бургаски свободен университет, 2021) Коцева, Татяна; Минева, Красимира; Балтов, МиленThe article looks at the policies and directions for supporting families with children as a priority of social policies at European level and in a national context. Within the framework of the concept of positive parenting, particular attention is paid to poor families, who are targeted with benefits and services related to acquiring knowledge and skills for raising children in order to provide their better physical, mental and emotional development. The barriers encountered by specialists in providing services to families of vulnerable groups are the subject of the analysis. Based on an analysis of a group discussion with specialists from the Community Center for Early Childhood Development and Parental Support "Nadezhda" in the town of Burgas the following barriers are outlined and classified: barriers in the family environment and in the local community, barriers related to the development of children, as well as restrictions laid down in the project frameworks and related to the providers of integrated services. Factors that facilitate access to families and children from vulnerable groups are also identified as good practices, giving guidances on effective policies at local level.Item Процесите на саморегулация, самодетерминация, индивидуация и сепарация при зависими от психоактивни вещества(Бургаски свободен университет, 2014) Минева, КрасимираThe paper presents the results of the study of self-regulation, self-determination, separation and individuation in a sample of 110 respondents, 40 of them diagnosed with disorders due to use of psychoactive substances. The comparative study demonstrated that the levels of self-determination in drug-dependent respondents are lower compared with the levels in healthy subjects. The problems with emotional separation and development of individuality were statistically higher in the group of substance dependant. What are the main services offered to support families, how do social service providers work, what are the barriers and difficulties in working with families, how trust is built in providers-clients relations, and how collaborations with municipalities and other organizations work – these issues will be presented through using data from a survey conducted along with semi-structured interviews with representatives of 40 leading organizations – family support service providers in Bulgaria.
