Different opportunities for cooperation are studied based on best international practices. Some potential problems are explored in the context of our peculiarities and traditions.

Выявлены проблемы, сдерживающие ее эффективное функционирование как организационного, так и экономического характера. Обозначены пути решения проблем формирования и развития системы инфраструктурной поддержки малого предпринимательства. Одним из основных условий развития инфраструктуры поддержки малого бизнеса является создание научно-методологического обоснования нормативно-правового, административного, экономического, финансового инструментария регулирования и формирования ее составляющих.

    EMPLOYEE WROK CULTURE AND ITS IMPACT ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE: A STUDY OF EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION CULTURE IN PUBLIC ENTERPRISES NEPAL

    Nepal government holds major share of Public enterprises in Nepal. Since the public enterprises are directly relates to the interest of public it has important contributory role to the nation therefore smooth operation of these public enterprises is most. However looking to current performance of PEs, majority of public enterprises Nepal face loss. This is because it become financial burden for the country. Several numbers of literature has explained employee participative culture is one that affects organizational performance. Therefore this study is try to explores existing situation of employee work culture and its impact to the performance of public enterprises. Since most of PEs are loss this study is highly relevant. Study includes both successful and unsuccessful public enterprises Nepal. The advantage of this research is broadly defined sets of two variables employee involvement and employee team work and focus interrelationship with PEs performance. The result revealed most of unsuccessful PEs have poor employee involvement and team work culture. The result shows there is strong relationship between employee participative work culture and public enterprises performance in Nepal. The result state both employee involvement and team work culture is important factor of enterprises performance but relatively employee involvement is most influencing factor.

    One of the main goals on this document is for obtain a wise knowledge about the diverse impacts and support the decisions in the social politics; especially in the evaluation and assignation of resources to social invest in programs or units where counting with concepts and tools that let the measurement of social values, and their different dimensions. Planning a program is an essential part to count with the effects from it to the general population. The depth and width of the evaluation on the Social Value and the activities toward the adaptation of the program to social criteria depend on the predicable charge, sensitive of offered services, the complex on the program, the available information as well the evaluation during the course. It is really important to keep a close attention to the programs especially those that create a big social impact. In order to define the framework and possible central aspects of the evaluation of social value will require sorting and examining the social effects of the program planned by their impact, scope and importance, using information commonly available and material relevant work. Based on this information, the corresponding terms of reference for the evaluation of social value will be made. This document is primarily aimed at technicians and specialists of social activity in the institutions that need to evaluate social programs.

    Трансатлантическото партньорство за търговия и инвестиции (ТПТИ) е споразумение между ЕС и САЩ, реализирането на което би било без прецедент по своите размери. То би създало зона за свободна търговия, която представлява 50% от глобалното икономическо производство и 11.8% от световното население. Прокламираната цел на преговорите е да се извлекат ползи в резултат на намаляването на митата и най-вече на немитническите бариери пред свободната търговия. Най-противоречивата мярка, включена в ТПТИ, е системата за разрешаване на спорове между инвеститорите и държавата. Хармонизирането и взаимното признаване на правилата и стандартите, което е основна отличителна характеристика на преговорите, всъщност засилва страха от влошаване на стандартите и социален дъмпинг.

Based on an analysis of state budget and debt payments to him could make a number of private conclusions as to the state of the public sector and the economic activity of subjects in Bulgaria.

    ПАЗАРНА СИЛА НА ФИРМИТЕ И МЕРКИ ЗА ЗАЩИТА ОТ ПРОСРОЧЕНИ ВЗЕМАНИЯ

    The article explores the existence of a relationship between market power of companies and implementation of measures to reduce the risk of arrears. The analysis used data from empirical sociological survey among 1000 non-financial enterprises. In the Bulgarian economic conditions characterized by a shortage of liquidity, weak protection of the rights of the creditors and lower contractual discipline, empirical results show that the greater market power enhances companies to implement various measures to reduce the risk of arrears. It was found that the higher sales, the availability of developed innovative products and services, as well as numerous other actions leading to increased market power of the companies favor the increased use of some of the most popular in the country measures to reduce the risk of overdue receivables, such as requiring advance payment, suspension of supply of incorrect customer, requirement of a bank guarantee and taking legal action to recover debts. It can be concluded that increasing the competitiveness of companies and strengthen their market positions will contribute to alleviating the problem of overdue trade receivables.

    РАЗПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ НА ФАКТОРИНГА В БЪЛГАРИЯ

    The article examines the diffusion of factoring in Bulgaria. The analysis used data from empirical sociological survey conducted among 1000 non-financial enterprises. The results revealed a low diffusion of this service in the country. Empirical tests showed statistical connection between the use of factoring and basic characteristics of enterprises as their main activity, size and breadth of the market. It was found that a significant factor in low diffusion of factoring in Bulgaria is the fact that it is available mainly to large-sized companies. Construction and industry sectors are with the highest percentage of companies using factoring. Among the explanations for this is that they have a larger scale and higher need for short-term financing, due to the slow turnover of assets. Wider diffusion of factoring is observed among the companies exporting goods and/or services. Among the reasons for this are high risks accompanying foreign trade. Moreover, the administration of export transactions is more expensive and difficult. In addition, these transactions are usually for larger amounts and longer periods of deferred payment, creating liquidity problems for companies. It was also found that an essential factor for the low diffusion of factoring in Bulgaria is that companies are not familiar with this service.
