    The high-priority topics to be taken into consideration are the integration processes in the creation of global value chains, in particular - the concept of global value chains, value creation activities, the construction of global chains, the driving forces of integration in global value chains, types of governance in global value chains and some examples of value-added trade. The object of analysis is the possibilities of Germany as a European leader in digital cooperation with the Russian Federation. For this purpose, a brief overview of the state of the Russian digital economy, possible digital areas of cooperation between Russia and Germany, the Russian-German initiative for digitalization of the economy and the German-Russian concept of “Factory of the Future” in the context of accelerated digitalization of the Russian economy.

    The article is devoted to the problem of determining the potential of the education market for organizing personnel training in the newly emerging spheres of the economy. The main scientific tasks solved in this article are: identification of factors that determine the potential of the education market in new emerging spheres of the economy; formation of models for forecasting the potential of the education market for the organization of personnel training. The research is based on analytical and econometric methods of data processing obtained from open Russian and foreign sources. The obtained scientific results, forecasting models were tested by online education organizations and IT companies to predict the potential of the Russian market for continuing education courses. The results were found to be satisfactory.
