The current paper presents a lifelong learning platform promoting a new culture of learning based on personalized and self-controlled acquisition of key skills, knowledge and professional competences with respect to the safety and security in tourism services. The e-platform development is co-financed by the EU in the framework of the Leonardo da Vinci, Transfer of Innovation multilateral project "Training Safety and Security in Tourism". The project aims, objectives and the partnership are briefly described in this paper. The main architectural modules of the platform as well as the services and functionality are presented too.Item Новите моменти в правната уредба на определенията в новия ГПК(Бургаски свободен университет, 2010) Зарева, ДаниелаThe presented material compares the legal order about the court rulings according to the revoked and to the new Civil Procedure Code. The author reaches to the conclusions, that there are no main differences between the provisions of the revoked and the new Code, but the latter gives the base for a new delimitation of the court rulings in the view of their cassation procedure. The requirements to the rulings, which are subject of compulsory and facultative appellation, are specified.Item Регулиране на изходната мощност на автономен инвертор за индукционно нагряване на вода(Бургаски свободен университет, 2010) Юдов, Димитър; Марева, ДаниелаThe paper presents a regulation analysis of resonant converters for induction fluid-heating applications in the system using soft switching high frequency inverter. This article examines automatically adjust the power and performance through changing modes of resonant inverter bridge type used in induction heating of water. An proposal is given to develop a method for sampling of the acoustic signal and its storage in the form of a discrete number of points for further processing, for comparison or audition of audio signal. The method is based on the use of nonlinear effects and Raman and Brilyuen in optical fibers and analysis of information obtained by measuring on the principle of BTDR (Brillouin time-domain reflectometry) и RTDR ( Raman time-domain reflectometry ).Item Тероризмът и някои негови психологически измерения(Бургаски свободен университет, 2010) Стоянова, ЛилиянаAggression and violence are characteristic of terrorism. They are perceived as approved by the participants in terror and they are used in the commission of terrorist acts. Political motivations of violent acts and specific ideology that justifies these are also elements of terrorism. Terrorism prevailing in recent years, terrorism was based on Islam, in particular the one-sided and distorted interpretation of that religion. Terrorists are distinguished for their orientation to the outside world. They were conquered by ideas for its transformation and therefore it dominates their ideas. Terrorists have a number of character features. Through detection of these features, it is clear to what extent one can speak of terrorism as a behavior that deviates from the norms of society. Among the psychological problems of terrorism, the issue of the impact of terrorist groups and organizations on the potential participants in terror and on already attracted members also emerged. Some of the mechanisms through which recruited and retain supporters have in common, one can say neutral character. They say a direct recruitment for affiliation to terror.Item Качествен анализ на импулсни функционално диференциални уравнения и приложения(Бургаски свободен университет, 2010) Стамова, ИванкаIn this paper the main results of the author on stability and boundedness theory for impulsive functional differential equations by means of the second method of Lyapunov are presented.
