One of the prospects for the development of the Black Sea cities is to support the promotion of sea sports and thanks to their health and social importance. Expanding the capacity for cooperation between local schools and sports clubs is a prerequisite for creating an active environment for young people to develop maritime culture, volunteering and a responsible attitude to health and physical activity.
