Item ПРОБЛЕМЪТ ЗА ПУБЛИЧНОСТТА НА ЛИЧНИТЕ ДАННИ В ПРОИЗВОДСТВОТО ПО НЕСЪСТОЯТЕЛНОСТ НА БАНКА(Бургаски свободен университет, 2016) Матеева, ЖивкаThe paper explores the issue of publicity of personal data from the Commercial Register, in view of the legislative changes made in the bankruptcy proceedings. As a result of increasing technological development in recent years, the protection of personal data is becoming more public importance and recognition. There is almost no sphere in contemporary social, economic, public and political life in which you do not have to be carried up the processing and use of personal data, as well as gaining access to such data. Particular attention was given to the publicity of personal information to creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings and the questions on which there is malpractice. Through a comparative analysis to analyzethe new amendments relating tothe publication of the lists in the commercial register and emphasizes the need for data protection of creditors in any bankruptcy proceedings.
