The state of family policies in different countries of the EU varies widely. This paper discusses the importance of developing and implementing of evidence-based family policies. Establishing familyfriendly policies may prove to be vital for the child well being.

    Моделиране на процесa на създаване на онтологии

    A theoretical generalized net (GN) model is proposed that descries process of ontology’s developement. The model is universal and independent of problem’s area. It represents the process of antoloy’s development, based on life-cycle methodology. An example taken into consideration is the METHONTOLOGY approach, using Gruber principles.

    Социолингвистични аспекти на в. «Труд» след приемането на България в Европейския съюз

    The text is in the „Etnopsiholinguistic and Sociolinguistic features of media language press in Bulgaria”, financed by the Fund „Scientific Research” to MOMN. Through quantitative analysis will reveal the importance journalists attach to the subject of „European Union” . The public agenda for the EU can be measured by the number of texts published on the topic. Will establish a „burden” that journalists give the topic under investigation , and through which influence public opinion. In this paper we will make a quantitative research method of the newspaper „Trud” for a period of six years - since 2007. to 2012. Object of study will be on „European Union”, presented on the pages of the newspaper. It covers one hundred percent of the units surveyed, the study did not sample and representative.

    Академичната мотивация през погледа на студенти и преподаватели

    This paper aims to reveal academic motivation of the first and second year students at the Faculty of Humanities, Burgas Free University. The main results of the focus group discussion with students on the topic of reasons to attend and not to attend classes have been analyzed. Additionally, a sample of 13 university teachers completed a questionnaire on students’ achievements based on their attendance and on teachers’ pedagogical methods to raise students’ activity in auditorium. The lecturers put a special accent on development of interactive education technologies such as brain storming, discussion of cases, simulations, etc.

    Опит в проектирането на производствена система за калкулиране на себестойност на единица продукт или услуга

    Текущото планиране и оперативния контрол на дейностите и процесите са средства на т. нар. оперативно или още текущо управление. Това е онази ежед- невна управленска практика, без която нито един бизнес не може да съществува. Тя изисква перманентно наблюдаване и анализиране на цялата стойностна верига с цел контрол по изпълнението на текущите задачи и краткосрочните цели. Тъй като обект на управлението при разноските по цялата стойностна верига е тех- ния принос за формиране на новосъздадена стойност, то това управление ще нари- чаме оперативно управление на разноските. То включва: - планиране, отчетност и контрол на себестойността на 1-ца продукт или услуга; - планиране, отчетност и контрол на влиянието на структурата на раз- носките върху печалбата/загубата от стопанската дейност; - планиране, отчетност и контрол на издръжката на дейностите. Вземането на правилни решения в процеса на оперативното управление на разнос- ките е невъзможно без информация. Осигуряването на такава е присъща задача на управленската отчетност. В настоящата студия ще се разгледа само проекти- рането на тази част от управленската отчетност на предприятието, на която се възлагат задачите по планиране, отчетност и контрол на себестойността на 1-ца продукт или услуга.
