This article has a theoretical and research character. The content is based on analysis of scientific publications on the integration of people with disabilities (children and adults) and regulations of world, European and national importance. The aim of the study is to make analysis and estimations of the actual resources of the society for complete multiaspect integration of people with disabilities in the social functional organism.
