Относно пазарния разрив между теоретични хипотези и реални валутни котировки при търговията със злато част IV

This scientific article is part four of author’s interest in the sphere of gold and international gold markets. It is about market disruptions or “cracks” between the promoted theoretical hypothesis and the real currency rates in spot gold commerce. It analyses the problems related to the expert, hypothetical evaluations of prices of gold and precious metals, market’s reaction through the real currency rates e.g. gold-US dollars for the so called “golden gaps”, cracks or disruptions; it also points out author’s arguments about the supported thesis. The analysis ends with two conclusions, one for 2010, first half of 2011 and a conclusion which contains the final scientific result from the research.

The research investigates the latent influence upon missing values (MV) appearance in Labour Force Survey conducted in Bulgaria 2007 by National Statistical Institute. In previous research [1] was shown that mechanism of MV is MNAR and after K-means clustering procedure the database was split in to two general clusters – Cluster 7 and the rest data. In this research specific analysis is focused on data excluded Cluster 7, and is performed exploratory factor analysis to extract general factors that described internal structure in database. The three variables v14, v22 and v25 (contained MV) are grouped in latent “missing” factor as the result of the initial factor analysis. Three mediation models are performed, using structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis, to explain the total, direct and indirect effect of the latent factors in database and variables with MV.

The main purpose of the paper is to identify: first the main shortages and mistakes made by the companies in the innovation process and second the key marketing and management competencies needed for successful innovations. The research primary data are processed through content analysis of the “posts”, interviews and short articles in 13 blogs and Internet sites for innovations. Based on the analysed texts conclusions and ideas for steps and changes are developed which have to be undertaken: first in the marketing teaching process and education and оn second place by the companies in Bulgaria in order to increase their innovation activities and knowledge capacity.

This paper is an attempt to present the work of a team of lecturers and students on a project named "Development of an electronic course in International Marketing". The first part presents the theoretical background - epistemology, methods of IT application, Moodle e-learning environment. The second part discusses the motivation for the decision to direct students' activities through the electronic channel, as well as the practical algorithm of work and the sequence of actions. The last section focuses on the practical results of the project, the achievements, the shortcomings and the possible ways of removal.

The paper tries to establish a link between the pre-crisis economic environment and the cross-country differences in the growth rates during the last recession. The sample includes the EU member states. According to the results, deeper recession experience countries with higher rates of growth of credits to households, prices of real property as well as gross debt-to-income ratio. The study can not find statistically significant evidence for the role of fiscal policy and the size of government.

The process is one of the most significant elements in the customer’s assessment of service quality. According to theories of objective justice, the process for the annulment of administrative acts is a process, which gives an objective justice or justice to protect the public interest. In the normative administrative acts is focused the confidence of the legislator in the competence and in the right understanding of the law by the authorities that are authorized to issue them. Therefore, the production of contest normative administrative acts has important differences compared with the contest of general and individual administrative acts. It should be seen as manifestations of objective justice.

The paper is dedicated to the legal regulation of mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Means (“ADR”). As a result of analysis of this regulation in the cousre of 7 years following the adoption of the initial legal text, conclusions are drawn that the low quality of the legal regulation represents a major deterrent factor for the utilization of mediation and other ADR. The conclusions seem to be valid even concerning the latest vesrion of the Law on Mediation which claims to have satisfied the requirements put forward by the European Directive on Mediation.

The legal aspects of exploitation and protection of the Bulgarian continental shelf in the Black Sea are addressed in the representation. The focus is on Bulgaria’s sovereign rights over the natural resources of the shelf. Legal possibilities for exploration and extraction of underground resources of the shelf, which by Constitution are exclusive state ownership, are also discussed.

This report contains an analysis of the Pilot Judgment procedure of the European Court for Human Rights in application of article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights. The first part of the report analyses the new Rule 61 of the Rules of Court, which codifies the Pilot Judgment procedure. The second part of the report includes an analysis of the first two pilot judgments against Bulgaria. The ECHR recommends Bulgaria to introduce suitable legal mechanisms to solve a systemic problem in existing justice system – the absence of effective legal remedies for excessive length of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings. SAR pseudo differencial interferogram modeling

This work addresses an algorithm of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) interferogram modeling to evaluate surface displacement. The interferogram obtained is called pseudo differential interferogram. Measurements of two SAR satellites placed in one and the same point of observation are used. Linear frequency modulated emitted signal is used to produce reflected by the surface SAR signal. Two-dimensional Fourier transform is applied to extract two single look complex (SLC) images. Pseudo differential interferogram showing the ground displacement is computed. To verify proposed model a numerical experiment realization implemented in MATLAB® environment is presented.
BISAR algorithms and MATLAB implementation

This paper deals with program implementation of Bistatic Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar (BISAR) using to extract a high resolution image of a moving target. BISAR is a bistatic topology with stationary transmitter and receiver and a moving target. The transmitter, receiver and target, represented as an assembly of point scatterers are situated in separate coordinate systems. Geometrical and kinematical equations and a mathematical model of deterministic LFM BISAR signal are described. A program code of signal formation and image extraction is implemented in MATLAB.
ISAR signal formation and image extraction as direct and inverse projective operation

In this work ISAR (Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar) signal formation and image reconstruction are analytically described and interpreted as direct and inverse projection operation. LFM (Liner Frequency Modulated) and PCM (Phase Code Modulated) emitted waveforms are used while modeling reflected ISAR returns. Complex projection operator and its Taylor expansion in the signal formation and image reconstruction procedures are defined.
