With the development of the national economy is achieved both socio-economic growth of organizations and the state as a whole.Item ПРОДЪЛЖАВАЩОТО ОБУЧЕНИЕ КАТО ФАКТОР ЗА ИНОВАТИВНАТА АКТИВНОСТ НА БЪЛГАРСКИТЕ ПРЕДПРИЯТИЯ ОТ ЮГОИЗТОЧНА БЪЛГАРИЯ(Бургаски свободен университет, 2022) Николова, Евгения; Нейчева, МарияThe present study is based on a survey of enterprises in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria including the Black see region on their innovation activity. It focuses on the contribution of lifelong learning specifically. More than half of the companies comprising the sample have never provided continuing education of managers or have participated only once. According to the correlation analysis being performed training in the field of organization management or production are not related to innovations in new products, logistics and distribution, production methods or supplementary activities. A likely reason for this statistically insignificant link is a lack of effective cooperation between enterprises and academic and research institutions as well as training providers capable of responding to the specific company’s needs.Item INNOVATION AND CORPORATE CULTURE. Innovations provide opportunities to respond to stakeholders' ever-changing requirements and needs and support both the technological development of companies and increase their performance in a highly competitive business environment. Corporate culture is an essential condition for the existence and implementation of innovations in the company, i.e. corporate culture is at the heart of innovation. Corporate culture, in this context, is understood as a culture of innovation. However, the choice of such productions and the way for their market imposition should not be spontaneous, but on the basis of an analysis of the positive opportunities and strengths of the business in the region. The smart specialization strategy, in contrast to previous innovation and growth strategies, is based on a bottom-up approach in which stakeholders work together to open new industries as national / local governments assess results. And directs financial mechanisms to support those innovative ideas that are best able to realize national / regional innovation potential. As one of the rapidly growing specialized species, health tourism is facing the challenge of meeting the needs and demand of consumers through a comprehensive innovative product and competitive services. That is why innovation is an important element in the management of health tourism, oriented towards high efficiency and quality service to consumers, aiming to satisfy their needs for resting, physical recovering and stabilization of the general mental and physical condition. Innovations in health tourism are sequenced to the consumer's need for quality health services and the implementation of effective processes from the development of the overall activity of the health-rehabilitation enterprises. These processes require optimization of the existing tourism product by introducing new components that characterize its profile.
