Abstract

This paper considers to what extent the state court exercise control over arbitral agreement in relation with its power to review an arbitral award, and trying to explain and prove the inner connectivity between arbitral agreement of the parties and the arbitral award. The present work also examines Bulgarian and U.S. arbitral legislation in comparison.
