Abstract

At the moment, REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA is considering possibilities of accession to the 1954 Convention of the statute of Statelessness and to the 1961 Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness. In connection with this, there is an important question: to what and to haw extent the national legislation of Bulgaria in the sphere of migration and citizenship laws.
