Abstract
The idea of social and pedagogical inclusion of children with disabilities is not new for theory and practice. What is new are the scientific concepts and practical accents by which to rethink the old ones and to set new dimensions of understanding of disability as phenomena, the right to education and socialization of children with disabilities, the need for change in social attitudes towards these processes.
