Abstract

Lean Six Sigma is a management concept, methodology and approach of improving the quality and results of the company. The report presents the essence and comments the factors, advantages and challenges associated with implementing this approach in the practice of modern companies. The author argues that Lean Six Sigma provides a number of benefits for companies that have implemented this concept in their practice.
