ВЗАИМОВРЪЗКИ МЕЖДУ СОЦИОКУЛТУРНАТА СРЕДА И ЛИЧНОСТНИТЕ ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ В БЪЛГАРСКИ УНИВЕРСИТЕТИ

Abstract

A comparative analysis in the academic environment has been made as well as their interrelations with the types of traits of personality. The survey results display factors for the dominant organizational culture in the specific university circles. The survey was conducted in the period October 2015 - March 2016 among 717 respondents in four Bulgarian university. Attached methodologies are organizational culture by Cameron &Quinn, culture practices by Hofstede and BIG 5 model. Conclusions have been drawn about the significant differences of the dominant culture. Data have been processed by means of the software SPSS-21.
