Abstract

The main challenges facing the digitalization of agriculture are that despite the mass production of the necessary hardware, it is still an expensive and inaccessible technology, especially for the small farmer. Digitalization requires specific skills on the part of the farmer (especially older and conservative farmers) to help him use the advantages of digital technologies. The effectiveness of digitalization also depends on the processes of collecting and filtering information in the agricultural sector. Without these processes, the farmer is not able to control the process of achieving his goals.
