Abstract

The multifaceted consumer choice in the non-banking financial sector is a complex and highly important decision. It creates a financial plane on which life goals and corporate strategies, human dreams and fears are arranged. The analytical research method diagnoses problems and interrelationships of factors influencing the choice of products and services in the three segments of investment, insurance and provision, generates hypotheses for their resolution and identifies critical points that create deviations in the processes. Promoting an informed and sustainable environment ensures that stakeholders cope with the complexity of modern regulations in the non-banking financial sector and corporate governance.
