Abstract

The paper studies the professional realization and career of pedagogy specialists and the possibilities for their further development through the educational strategy „life-long learning”. The possibility for qualification courses to become a successful educational investment in the development of human resources is discussed as well as the idea that such qualification can improve the pedagogy specialists’ social competence, personality and professionalism. Particular dimensions of the correlation long-life learning - investment in education are outlined within the context of pedagogy specialist training. There is an accent on the forms of training and qualification and their dynamics and variations. The authors’ research tools offer a broad range of evaluation options for the need of further qualification for pedagogy specialists through: (1) spaceand-time parameters, (2) institutional characteristics, (3) educator trainings, (4) the pros and cons of the realization of the desire to cooperate in pragmatizing and optimizing.
