Потребности на работещите в социални институции и организации от продължаващо образование

Abstract

The paper presents the main results from the survey conducted among workers employed in social institutions located in Burgas. The questionnaire tested different skills and attitudes of managers and providers of social services for adults towards acquirement of new professional abilities. The study has outlined three fields for continuing education: work and communication with difficult clients, improvement of computer skills (Excel) and updated knowledge of the legislation related to social policy.
