Abstract

The supply of guaranteed quality spare parts for motor vehicles is a complicated task requiring logistics management. The business sector specifics set additional challenges to the managers – the enormous stock list of parts, the tree analysis of a model: its spare parts and back. The logistics services allow direct integration of the clients in the system, making possible to monitor the stock – where and how much, as well as the possible distribution supply channels.
