| dc.description.abstract | A Bulgarian version of Paul Spector's questionnaire of job satisfaction (JSS) is presented. Samples of employees in the public sector and human services are surveyed - a total of 137 respondents. The results of the statistical analyses suggest that the Bulgarian version has good psychometric parameters. Moreover, an option to refine the method by assessments of subjective significance of the sources about job satisfaction is proposed. | |
