Abstract

Managing virtual teams and involving management in the organization of their activities is becoming a major issue and task in the new business reality. This is necessary not only to increase the adaptability, knowledge, skills and abilities of human resources, but also to find new integrated people management models that will accordingly make businesses more resilient to challenges, more social and more competitive. The study presents the specifics of the work of the modern leader in terms of the need to change his management style, taking into account the impact of virtuality.
