ЕВРОПЕЙСКИ ТЕНДЕНЦИИ В РАЗВИТИЕТО НА БЪЛГАРСКОТО НАКАЗАТЕЛНО ПРАВО

Abstract

The author represents the main characteristics of the European Union Criminal Law that influence Bulgarian Criminal law. Most of them are related to broaden criminalization in the areas of particularly serious crime with a cross-border dimension and the process of harmonization of Bulgarian criminal law according to EU standards.
