Abstract

The presented material compares the legal order about the court rulings according to the revoked and to the new Civil Procedure Code. The author reaches to the conclusions, that there are no main differences between the provisions of the revoked and the new Code, but the latter gives the base for a new delimitation of the court rulings in the view of their cassation procedure. The requirements to the rulings, which are subject of compulsory and facultative appellation, are specified.
