Abstract

This paper aims to study specific moments in digital service management. After the implementation of the main research tasks, it was established that: electronic services in Bulgaria have a growing distribution and consumption; effective management of digital services is necessary for businesses and public organizations; and it is important to manage the quality of electronic services in an infrastructural, customer, and organizational direction.
