Development digital technologies allow knowledge to be submitted electronically and speed up considerably the work with information. Moreover, the information became much quantity and information technology that allowed it to be preserved, transmitted and distributed over long distances at any time. These educational technologies have provided new alternatives for training in a way unthinkable a few decades before. These educational technologies have contributed much to the development and implementation of electronic forms of distance learning. One example for it is to use E-platform for distance learning.
