dc.description.abstractThe report presents a part of the draft-law for the amendment of the Election code of the Republic of Bulgaria, which regulates the future implementation of a system for remote electronic voting. The new concepts and procedures according to the draft-law are examined, different opinions are stated and an attempt is made to prognosticate law’s putting into practice.
