За някои проблеми при селекцията на проектни мениджъри

Abstract

The paper examines an especially important and live question for the successful realization of projects, namely - the selection of a project manager. There are presented basic sights about the essence of project management, as a totality of activities, and the totality of competencies, necessary for its effective practice. There are outlined the problems, resulting from the combination of these two totalities, as the accent is put upon the difficulties, pursuing the application of competency standards as criteria for managers’ selection.
