| dc.description.abstract | Law as an institutionalized normative system contains in itself metajuridical phenomena as well. In order to fulfill its role as a social regulator, law uses these phenomena in the process of institutionalization of the succumbing to the legal regulation social relations and in the protection of those that are not liable to the legal impact. The characteristics of their institutionalization give proof of the existence or absence of the legitimate law. | |
