Чужденците в България – нагласи и поле за социална работа

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal some dimensions of immigration issue in a Bulgarian context. Starting from the point that Bulgaria still can’t be defined as a country receiving population, a set of arguments for increasing trends of immigration flows to the country are outlined. Some features of the media coverage of the immigrations issue, attitudes of Bulgarians towards immigrants and best practices and problems in the immigrants’ integration are emphasized.
