| dc.description | The report substantiates the need to develop a strategy formulation model for national security and presentation of it. The report is focused on the order of assessment of the security environment (global, regional and internal for the country, the analysis and formulation of a national ideal, national interests, goals, ways, and means of achieving them). Particular attention has paid to the sequence of development and time range of the strategy. Of particular importance for the successful formulation of the strategy is the participation of all political forces represented in the parliament and the guarantee of political consensus. | |
| dc.description.abstract | В доклада се обосновава необходимостта от разработване на модел за формулиране на стратегия за национална сигурност и представяне на същия. Доклада е фокусиран върху реда за оценка на средата за сигурност(глобална, регионална и вътрешна за страната, анализите и формулирането на национален идеал, национални интереси, цели, пътищата и средствата за постигането им). Особено внимание се отделя на последователността за разработване и времевия диапазон на действие на стратегията. От особена важност за успешното формулиране на стратегията е участието на всички парламентарно представени политически сили и гарантирането на политически консенсус. | |
