Abstract

In 2023, it was proposed to introduce a new institute for the Bulgarian legal system to protect the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, namely the individual constitutional complaint, as a special procedural means of protection. The subject of this work is a review of the legal interest of citizens and legal entities in filing an individual constitutional complaint through the prism of the administrative process and administrative justice.
