| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with the current state and problems of regulating legal relations in the field of leasing land plots that are in state ownership. The authors consider historical issues of lease relations for state real estate objects. The key problems of determining the basic rental rates of state-owned real estate are highlighted. The authors propose a unified methodological approach to the development of a methodology for calculating basic rental rates for real estate owned by the state. A methodology for calculating rental rates for state-owned real estate, including land plots, is proposed. | |
