Abstract

The banking system of the EU is the main distributor of capitals and financial instruments for all economic subjects in the EU. This key role of the system is the basis of many adaptive and precautions aimed at rescuing the banking sector and the expansion of the euro zone. The hopes and expectations of the majority of the governments of Central and Eastern Europe including Bulgaria are related with decisions of the European Commission and the other advisors. These expectations suggest avoiding new financial or banking crisis in the country and the region and strengthen the position of the euro on the international capital markets.
