dc.description.abstract | The main idea in the present paper is that the successful selection is a precondition for the project team effectiveness; it is expected that formed in an optimum way, the team will contribute to the project realization in the fixed time, budget and quality requirements. In this context, the creation of methods, as a collection of criteria for members’ selection, could help the successful realization of projects in a multi-project organization through a better allocation of human resources between them and respectively optimization of planning. | |
