| dc.description.abstract | The present study aims at analyzing the rights of the victim in the procedure for appeal of the ordinance for suspension of the criminal procedure. The methods for defending the rights of the victim in this procedure are presented. The possibilities for legal protection of the victim during the appeal of the decision of the court of the first instance enacted in the procedure for appeal of the ordinance for suspension are also analyzed. | |
