Abstract

This report contains a detailed analysis of the correspondence between the legislation regarding the procedures for placement in specialized institutions, according to the Juvenile Delinquency Act, and the jurisprudence of the Еuropean Court for Human Rights in application of article 5 § 1d, article 5 § 4 and article 6 §1 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
