| dc.description.abstract | The paper defines the construct integrity and its relation to counterproductive work behavior. A method for assessing personality’s integrity is presented. The results of its validation on a sample of 145 respondents show good psychometric characteristics for reliability and validity. The convergent construct validity of the method is verified by the correlations of personality’s integrity with the stages of moral development estimated according to the Lawrence Kohlberg’s model. | |
