| dc.description.abstract | Ethical leadership is a critical approach to leadership that emphasizes moral principles, integrity, and accountability in decision-making and actions. Ethical leaders make decisions based on principles such as integrity, respect, transparency, and social responsibility. They foster a workplace culture that values collaboration, inclusion, and open communication, which can lead to increased employee satisfaction and organizational success. Ethical leadership has a profound impact on organizational culture, employee morale, and overall performance. It builds trust, improves reputation, and reduces the risk of misconduct. However, ethical leadership is not without challenges, as leaders often must contend with conflicting interests, cultural differences, and the pressures of a competitive business environment. Ethical leadership is increasingly important in today's business environment as younger generations, such as Generation Z, prioritize working for organizations that align with their values and ethics. This leadership style can help organizations attract and retain the best talent, drive long-term success, and create a positive impact on society. | |
