| dc.description.abstract | The article is devoted to the problem of determining the potential of the education market for organizing personnel training in the newly emerging spheres of the economy. The main scientific tasks solved in this article are: identification of factors that determine the potential of the education market in new emerging spheres of the economy; formation of models for forecasting the potential of the education market for the organization of personnel training. The research is based on analytical and econometric methods of data processing obtained from open Russian and foreign sources. The obtained scientific results, forecasting models were tested by online education organizations and IT companies to predict the potential of the Russian market for continuing education courses. The results were found to be satisfactory. | |
