ПОДХОДИ ПРИ РЕФОРМИРАНЕТО НА ЮРИДИЧЕСКОТО ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ

Abstract

The publication deals with the problems of reforming the education in law in Bulgaria. In this connection it puts to analysis the development of the changes after 1989. It also treats the question of the approaches to the restructuring of the educational cycle in the universities on both global and European, including EU, level. Another issue is the evolution of the legislative and administrative approach in the reform of the education in law. The final part of the expose offers a number of specific suggestions on how to revise the education of the law cadres both in legislative and administrative aspects.
