Abstract

In this paper the author examines some aspects of the State governed by the Law as this notion is stated and explained in many decisions of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Bulgaria. The paper includes an analysis of the arguments concerning the rule of law used in the latest case-law of the Court –in its decisions from the years 2019 and 2020.
