СИСТЕМА ЗА ВЪТРЕШЕН КОНТРОЛ В ОРГАНИЗАЦИИТЕ ОТ ПУБЛИЧНИЯ СЕКТОР

Abstract

This report examines the structure and the functions of internal control’s authorities in organizations of public sector. Ineffective internal control produces more bureaucracy, less productivity, more complexity and also more time needed to do the services aswell as enlarged quantity of non-valued added activity. In a worst-case scenario ineffective internal control hinders accomplishment of organization’s goals and tasks and allows incorrect and illegal usage of its assets and resources.
