| dc.description.abstract | This paper reviews different hypotheses of inheritance between the spouses in cases of bigamy. The main attention is focused on the legal opportunity for the spouse that is blamed for bigamy to inherit his wife/her husband. The author`s opinion is that such opportunity does not correspond to the Bulgarian legislation and to the legal principles. | |
