Abstract

This paper aims to study the relevance of the Lovelock & Wirtz „The Service Talent Cycle“ model in organizations providing Technology-Enabled Services. To achieve the goal, the principles of the model are presented and analyzed, the main distinctive features of this type of services and the resulting specificities in the HRM practices are clarified. Conclusions are made on the feasibility of the model in Technology-Enabled Services organizations.
