Abstract
The publication focuses on a study of the experience of the College of Pedagogy – Pleven, a structural unit of the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, in providing and maintaining quality management system for education, as well as the technologies used to improve the quality of the educational process. The study is part of an international project under the ERASMUS+ program on the topic: E-Quality – Enhancing Quality Assurance in Higher Education. The aim of the article is to present the results of a survey of stakeholders. Specifically, the members of the administration and the members of the quality and accreditation committee.

Фокус в публикацията е проучване опита на Педагогически колеж – Плевен, структурно звено на Великотърновски университет „Св. св. Кирил и Методий“, в осигуряването и поддържането на система за управление на качест вото на обучението, както и прилаганите технологии за повишаване на качество то на образователния процес. Изследването е част от международен проект по програма „ЕРАЗЪМ+“ на тема: „E-Quality – Enhancing Quality Assurance in Higher Education“. Целта на статията е да се представят резултатите от проучване мнението на заин тересовани страни. Конкретно, на членовете на администрацията и членовете на Kомисията по качество и акредитация в колежа.
