| dc.description.abstract | This article seeks to answer some basic questions in relation to the newly created commercial company with the 2023 reform of the commercial law. Challenges are arising in the matter of defining the type of company and some revolutionary changes, primarily concerning the liability of directors, and controlling shareholders.
