Abstract
Without claim to completeness the study examines one of current problems in management including the field of school management. The assessment of work performance poses a number of issues among directors and teachers on combining traditional requirements and modern views for the teaching profession. An exemplary model of assessment card in the secondary language school is presented which is in the process of approbation and seeks its effective implementation.
