Abstract
The article is dedicated to the peculiarities of migration processes, taking into account the analogy with popular-genetic approaches in biology. In considering the issues of migration and transfer of human masses behind socioeconomic factors, it perceives the biological essence of the human population. The first theories on the migration of the human population were formulated in the middle of the 19th century in England. The subject of the analysis is the peculiarities of migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the region of Central Asia since the collapse of Soviet space. The study of migration processes in individual regions requires the accumulation and systematization of vast and varied information that is used to solve the problems of the economic and social development of the countries. The comparative analysis shows that in the countries of Central Asia and the Eurasian region migration is rather a distribution of nationalities in the newly emerging countries and has more economic aspect. Migration pressure on Europe and the EU has a cultural and civilization aspect, a conflict vector and Islamic radicalization, with a high risk of terrorism. The economic goal is to use the generous social systems of the European countries without integration into society. Through this article, I would like to point out that the biological essence of men is cleverly concealed by the socio-economic causes of migration and migratory waves during different periods of human development in the 19th, 20th century and early years of the new millennium, and can be an instrument to explain the occurrence of existing phenomena. The main conclusion is that the historical phenomena of moving large masses of the human population can be analyzed and explained with some biological features of the species
